Your settings, team name and colours, records, achievements and saved matches are stored only on your device (in your browser's local storage). We do not have accounts and we do not receive this data. Clearing your browser data deletes it.
Purchases are handled by Stripe (Stripe Managed Payments), which acts as the seller (merchant of record) and processes your payment, email and receipt under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy). After paying, Stripe sends you back to the game with a purchase reference; our server asks Stripe whether that purchase is paid and gives you a licence key. When you use a licence key, the game sends the key and a random device number (made on your device, not linked to you) to our server. We keep only the licence key, the Stripe purchase reference and up to 3 device numbers per key (with the date each was last used; a number unused for 60 days is deleted), to check Pro and to stop keys being shared widely. We do not receive your card details.
If you do not have Pro, you may choose to watch an ad for a bonus. Ads are provided by Google (AdSense), which may use cookies or similar technology, including to personalise ads where you have consented. To know how many people play, the game counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies, only totals such as pages, countries and device types). While the game is open it also sends a short signal once a minute with a random number that is made up for each visit and kept only in memory (nothing is stored on your device), plus whether a match is being played. We keep only totals per day, deleted after 40 days, and never names, IP addresses or device details.
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver and protect the site. The anonymous counts above are kept in an Upstash database in the EU (Frankfurt).
Under the GDPR you can ask us about any personal data we hold and ask for it to be deleted, and you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD). Contact: contact@serveaceergo.com.
